It's going to be a Coke Event!
Brand Republic reports that Coca-Cola have hired a Mango, a major events company, to handle it's presence at the Euro 2008 tournament next year.They comment that the "agency will handle a range of experiential activity, including the
Coca-Cola fan parks." So I expect this time round we'll see every host city have a fan park as they're expected to significantly increase their spend.
Also "Mango will also handle Coca-Cola's promotional activity, which for the first time will see the sponsor give away the majority of its 12,000-ticket allocation as prizes to fans." Now this can only be good news! So if you don't like Coke now, and you want to go, get liking!
