Everton Persue McFadden Compensation

Everton have confirmed that they are seeking financial compensation from the Scottish Football Association following an injury to James McFadden on international duty in the Euro 2008 qualifying game Scotland against Lithunia on September 6th.

Since then he hasn't played for Everton and missed their victory against Liverpool and the games against Wigan and Peterborough.

Everton Chief executive Keith Wyness commented: "We will pursue the SFA and their insurers for compensation when James regains full fitness."
